JanuX Advisory was founded by Ashish Sharma following over 30 years of building, leading, and scaling financial institutions from the inside. As COO of Global Payment Services at Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank, he oversaw a practice spanning 85+ countries and $500M+ in annual revenue. As Head of Treasury Management Client Solutions, he served the largest and most complex commercial banking customers. And as a key architect of Technology & Venture Banking segment, he co-developed the foundational framework expansion from the ground up.
